Clava is a family owned and operated business with more than 20 years of experience. What began with one single bag has grown to include over 600 sku's and a wide distribution in many different markets.

Clava's mission statement, from the beginning, was to provide customers with the best leather bags at the best possible value. We have always and will continue to stand behind our products. That is why we offer a limited warranty on all of our goods.

If you would like to place an order but do not want to do so over the website, please email sales@clava.com or
call us at 888-45-clava. A sales representative will be happy to assist you. You can also send in a money order for the full amount of the item with shipping. Please be sure to include your name, shipping address, phone number, style number and color that you would like to order. You can also fax your order to: 201-503-0226. Please be sure to include your credit card number, expiration date, security code and billing address in addition to all the information listed above.

All orders are shipped same day if placed by 2pm EST. All packages are shipped UPS or Fed Ex, with insured values and tracking numbers. The only exceptions are orders that are sent to PO Boxes or APO’s.
